Is it just me or are people NOT returning phone calls these days? Ugh! What's a girl to do??

I think you are right... people are so busy online emailing that they are uncomfortable anymore actually speaking to someone on the phone! Big change from our print sales days, don't you think? Cold calling was how we made our money! We didn't even have computers on our desks!! And how about the production room?? Do you think they (PCA) still have those stupid little cards displayed ON THE wall to show you where you job is in the cycle? How crazy is that memory??!
